Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the expansion of its Corporate & Transactional group with the addition of Ryan Divers and Aaron Ostler.
Divers joins Hill Ward Henderson as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Transactional group, bringing experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and minority investments. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with dual degrees in Government and Economics. Prior to joining the firm, Divers was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York.
Ostler joins the firm as an associate focusing on federal and state tax planning in connection with a broad range of business transactions. His practice includes advising on the tax implications of entity formation, operations, ownership changes, sales, and reorganizations involving C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. In addition to his tax practice, Ostler handles general corporate matters such as joint venture agreements, entity structuring and reorganizations, investment and acquisition transactions, and the design of equity incentive and other compensation plans. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He received his B.S. in Biochemistry, cum laude, from Florida State University.
