Overview

Aaron Ostler’s practice primarily involves federal and state tax planning for business transactions, including the tax consequences arising from formation, operating, ownership, sale, and reorganization of C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Aaron also engages in general business and corporate matters, including joint venture agreements, entity formations and reorganizations, investment and acquisition transactions, and equity incentive and other compensation plans.

Outside of his practice, Aaron enjoys hiking, running, pickleball, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
