Hill Ward Henderson advised Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. in its acquisition of twelve new vehicle franchises from Park Place in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas market. The acquisition included Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter stores in Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington, Lexus Plano and Lexus Grapevine, Jaguar Land Rover DFW, Porsche Dallas and Volvo Dallas, two collision centers and an auto auction. The acquisition is expected to add approximately $1.7 billion to Asbury Automotive Group, Inc.’s annualized revenues.
