Young RV, a premier RV dealer with two locations located in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington; (b) LDRV of Tennessee, LLC in its acquisition of the recreational vehicle dealership known as Chilhowee RV Center; (c) Lazydays RV of Chicagoland, LLC in its acquisition of the recreational vehicle dealership known as Camp-Land RV; (d) Lazydays RV of Elkhart, LLC in its acquisition of the recreational vehicle dealership known as Total Value RV, which was the leading motorhome dealership in Indiana; (e) Lazydays RV of Wisconsin, LLC in its acquisition of Burlington RV Superstore, Inc., an RV dealer located in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, which is strategically located between the Milwaukee and Chicago markets. These acquisitions continue Lazydays’ strategic growth across the country and provide a significant presence in many parts of the country.
