Intellectual Property Attorney
Hill Ward Henderson, a Tampa, Florida law firm, seeks a qualified patent attorney for its growing Intellectual Property practice. Candidates must be admitted to at least one State Bar as well as the Patent Bar. Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering and 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law, including trademark and patent prosecution.
This position requires excellent academic credentials and written and verbal communication skills, significant intellectual property experience, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience.
