Erik Raines Has Been Certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Mediator

Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that the Florida Supreme Court has certified attorney Erik P. Raines as a Circuit Court Mediator.

Raines chairs the firm’s Construction Law group, and his practice focuses on representing a vast array of construction industry stakeholders, including owners, developers, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties. He advises clients in negotiating and mitigating risk through contract drafting and negotiations, and when needed, pursues and defends all manner of construction claims in litigation and arbitration. Raines will bring his extensive construction experience to bear as a mediator assisting others in resolving their disputes.
