Hill Ward Henderson attorney Stephen A. Liverpool was recently appointed Chair of the Young Professionals Group for Real Estate Investment Council (REIC). Formed in 1983, REIC is an organization of Tampa Bay professionals that share a passion for commercial real estate. In 2012, REIC formed the Young Professionals Group to provide members under the age of 35 with access to high profile Commercial Real Estate professionals, while furthering their professional development, promoting communication in the industry, and leveraging the industry knowledge of prominent commercial real estate leaders.
Mr. Liverpool is an Associate in the firm's Land Use and Real Estate Groups. His practice primarily involves representing clients in all phases of commercial real estate development, including leasing, investment, financing, purchase and sale transactions, and a wide variety of land use matters. In 2013, Mr. Liverpool was named one of the Up and Comers by Tampa Bay Business Journal.
