Hill Ward Henderson Shareholder R. Reid Haney recently served on a panel of industry professionals at the Florida Medical Device Symposium. The panel discussions explored the critical Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - supplier relationship and surveyed the regulatory, contractual and industry issues and trends surrounding the OEM-supplier relationship and supply chain integrity. The panel also addressed risk sharing and shifting and how the FDA expects OEMs to manage and monitor suppliers.
