Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that associate Tim Zehnder was elected as president of Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF).
GIFF is a cultural arts institution that inspires, educates, and entertains Tampa Bay’s diverse population through an annual celebration of film, year-round events, community outreach, and social awareness initiatives that foster communication, generate economic impact, and provide support for the film industry of Tampa Bay and the State of Florida.
Founded in 2006, GIFF has grown into an entertaining and educational year-round entity in Tampa Bay. The Festival has created a unique film showcase that intends to have a lasting and cultural impact on the Tampa Bay Community, and the film community at large.
Zehnder is an associate in the firm’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Group. His practice focuses primarily on advising employers on a wide variety of benefits matters that arise throughout the lifespan of their benefits programs. This includes regularly counseling clients on plan design, administration and termination matters, compliance with applicable laws, and resolution of compliance issues with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
