Patrick M. Causey, an Associate in the General Commercial Litigation Group at Hill Ward Henderson, has been named vice-liaison for the Trial Tactics Committee for Defense Research Institute (DRI). DRI is committed to enhancing the skills, effectiveness and professionalism of defense lawyers; anticipating and addressing issues germane to defense lawyers and the civil justice system; promoting appreciation of the roles of the defense lawyer, improving the civil justice system and preserving the civil jury. The Trial Tactics Committee is one of DRI’s largest committees dedicated to helping the defense lawyer perfect the skills required to excel as a trial lawyer, advocate, speaker and writer.
Mr. Causey’s practice primarily focuses on general commercial litigation, professional malpractice defense, business tort claims, life, health and disability insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation.
