On April 11, 2013, Hill Ward Henderson Shareholder, Robert E. V. Kelley, Jr., presented to American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Tampa Chapter. Mr. Kelley’s presentation, “Expert Witnesses – What to Expect,” shared with attendees some expert witness fundamentals of the initial engagement, communications, report preparation, the discovery process (including privileges), effective direct testimony and cross examination.
Mr. Kelley is the Practice Group leader of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Group. His practice is principally devoted to litigating the value of property throughout Florida. He has substantial experience serving clients in connection with operating utility systems, resort properties, manufacturing/ processing plants, and retail developments.
