Stephen A. Liverpool, an Associate at Hill Ward Henderson, was recently selected to participate in the 2013 Class of the Tampa Bay Public Leadership Institute. He was one of 25 members selected from over 150 applicants. The Tampa Bay Public Leadership Institute is an independent and non-partisan program for professionals to learn about the political process, leadership and public policy, while networking with other area leaders. Participants learn from experts in the fields of leadership, candidacy, and public policy and are challenged to consider how their experiences and talents can be used to address public-policy issues. The program is for members who want to take a longer term approach to public leadership development by strengthening networks and receiving an inside look at public issues.
Mr. Liverpool is a part of Hill Ward Henderson’s Land Use and Real Estate Groups. His practice primarily involves representing clients in all phases of commercial real estate development, including leasing, investment, financing, purchase and sale transactions, and a wide variety of land use matters.
