He also focuses a portion of his practice on trade secret and non-compete litigation.
Mr. Gough is a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Group. He handles various types of commercial litigation. Over the years he has litigated numerous non-compete cases in state and federal courts and before the National Association of Securities Dealers and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
