Benjamin H. Hill, III, one of Hill Ward Henderson’s named founding Shareholders, was recently commended by the Board of Legal Specialization & Education for maintaining Florida Bar Board Certification in Civil Trial for 30 years. As a Board Certified lawyer by The Florida Bar, he has been recognized as having the distinction of special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in his practice area, as well as character, ethics, and a reputation for professionalism in the practice of law. Board Certification allows one to be recognized as a specialist and expert in their field.
Mr. Hill is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice is primarily focused in the areas of complex litigation including professional liability, products liability and general commercial matters. Mr. Hill has represented many of the nation’s largest law firms and many public companies in Florida. He has tried numerous jury cases ranging from two days to over six months in trial. In addition to being Board Certified by The Florida Bar, Mr. Hill is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
