Today, Hill Ward Henderson announced it has signed a lease renewal through March 2037 at the Bank of America Plaza, 101 E. Kennedy Blvd., in the heart of Tampa’s business district. This move demonstrates the firm’s ongoing commitment to downtown Tampa and the Tampa Bay Region, The firm will continue to occupy the 35th through the 38th floors of the building, with a total footprint of approximately 83,000 square feet.

Hill Ward Henderson has been a tenant at 101 E. Kennedy Blvd. since 1986, the same year the building opened. In the 38 years Hill Ward Henderson has occupied the building, the firm has grown from seven attorneys to more than 120, and today is staffed by nearly 250 total employees. The firm actively maintains broad and well experienced transaction and litigation practice groups, with a wide range of local, regional and national clients.
