Hill Ward Henderson Managing Shareholder Elected To American College of Real Estate Lawyers

R. James “Jim” Robbins, Jr., Managing Shareholder at Hill Ward Henderson, was recently elected to The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Mr. Robbins is one of 40 attorneys from around the country elected to ACREL this year. Admission to ACREL is by invitation only, and it is based upon a detailed evaluation process. This national legal real estate organization elects to its membership lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. The group devotes its efforts to improving the practice of real estate law around the country.

ACREL was founded in 1978 as a non-profit organization of lawyers who have gained distinction in the practice of real estate law and has become the nation’s most prestigious honorary organization for practice real estate lawyers.

Mr. Robbins is one of Hill Ward Henderson’s founding attorneys. His practice primarily involves business and real estate transactions. Mr. Robbins has experience in a wide range of sophisticated commercial business and real estate matters, including land acquisition and development, mergers and acquisitions, leasing and financing transactions. He also regularly acts as outside general counsel to a variety of clients.
