Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that attorney Roland S. Chase was appointed as Honorary Consul for Germany in Tampa for the consular region of Southwest Florida.
In addition to the German Embassy and eight Consulates General, the Honorary Consuls in the U.S. provide consular support functions to German citizens residing or traveling in the consular region and promote German-American relations in economic and cultural matters.
Chase is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. He advises public companies and their officers and directors on compliance with securities laws, corporate law, and stock exchange listing standards and corporate governance rules. He has represented public and private companies across industries, including private equity funds, in the offering, sale and purchase of securities. His experience includes public offerings, the securities aspects of mergers and acquisitions, resale registrations, tender and exchange offers and private placements.
