Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that B. Ben Dachepalli, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction & Design Practice Group, has been elected as Chairman of the Board for the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dachepalli was introduced as Chairman on November 17, 2017 at the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce’s Banyan Ball.
The Indo-US Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to provide an active forum in which Asian American professionals and business owners, through an exchange of ideas, with a unified voice, can communicate, interact, and secure a position within the business industry and become a source of inspiration by promoting professionalism and excellence through education and community involvement.
Mr. Dachepalli is a Board Certified Construction Attorney whose practice includes the negotiation and drafting of construction-related agreements and complex construction litigation claims regarding contracts, construction defects, design errors, and construction liens. Mr. Dachepalli represents owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, design professionals and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process.
