Overview

Kip Marshall's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial, professional liability, real property and land use litigation, as well as regulatory compliance. In 2016, Kip was on the Hill Ward Henderson trial team that secured an eight-figure damages award for its developer client against a local government entity for violating its constitutional rights with respect to the development of its property.

Prior to law school, Kip worked as an architectural designer in Charlottesville, Virginia and New York City. While in law school, Kip served as a legislative intern in the Florida House of Representatives.

Outside of the office, Kip enjoys spending time with his wife, Hope, reading, and following University of Florida athletics.
