Overview
Janda Owen serves as Senior Paralegal to the Managing Shareholder and has been with the firm for over thirty years. She is a member of the Real Estate/Transactional Group and supports the firm’s Managing Shareholder and our Transactional Teams in all areas of real estate transactions and closings. Janda has been the lead paralegal on many of the firm’s largest and most complex real estate transactions.
A lifelong Tampa Bay resident, Janda attended the University of South Florida. She holds the Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation from The Florida Bar. She is long time member of the Tampa Board of Realtors, Hillsborough County Chapter of Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., and the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association, Inc.
Janda has participated in community projects such as Mary Lee’s House (protecting and healing abused and neglected children), Read To Dream (inner city youth reading program), and Jesuit and other Catholic service missions.
Outside the office, Janda enjoys outdoor activities and visiting the West Coast. She has a passion and appreciation for design and architecture.
