Overview

Linda Dye serves as a litigation paralegal at Hill Ward Henderson. She has worked as a medical consultant in the legal arena for both defense and plaintiff firms for over 15 years.  She utilizes her extensive nursing experience and education, as well as her experience in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability, to provide support as a member of the HWH healthcare legal team.

She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from the Community College of Allegheny County, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Purdue University, and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Northwestern State University.  In 1998, she earned a Doctorate in Education Degree from the University of South Florida. 

As a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, Dr. Dye has written numerous articles on health related issues and received accolades for her work in both the medical and legal fields.  She is a member of American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Purdue University Alumni Association and University of South Florida Alumni Association.

Outside the office, Lynn is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading, as well as spending time cooking and baking.
