Patty Braxton serves as a Paralegal for the Construction Litigation Group at Hill Ward Henderson and she has been with our firm for over twenty years. Patty has worked in the legal field for over 40 years, and received her Certification through NALA in 1987. Patty is responsible for drafting pleadings and discovery for lien foreclosure and payment and performance bond cases. For construction litigation matters, she reviews and analyzes documents, prepares construction-related documents, conducts fact investigation and research, monitors statutory deadlines and assists with preparation of contract documents for development design/build agreements.
Patty graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1983, with honors. She is a member of the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
Outside the office, Patty enjoys spending time with her family, as well as traveling, reading and walking.
