Overview
Rosemary Rohan serves as a Corporate and Tax Paralegal, and has been with the firm since 2004. Rosemary is experienced in formations of entities, SEC filings, UCC filings, audit letters, and assists in mergers and acquisitions as well as other state and federal filings.
A Florida native (Miami), Rosemary has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. She obtained her associate’s degree from the University of New Mexico, and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Rosemary is a Florida Registered Paralegal and a member of the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association, and is also a Board Certified Support Specialist in Wills, Trusts & Estates.
Outside the office, Rosemary enjoys life with her family and friends, counted cross stitch, reading, and watching classic films.
