Overview

Tyler Troyer's practice primarily focuses on commercial landlord/tenant, land use & development rights, and real property litigation.

During law school, Tyler served as Senior Associate of the Stetson Law Review. He also competed as an advocate on Stetson’s Moot Court Board, and was awarded the Best Team Award at the 2017 Annual Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition and the Semifinalist award at the 2016 Chief Justice First-Year Oral Argument Competition. Tyler also served as a member of the Stetson Law Student Body Association Finance Committee and worked as a Stetson Law Teaching Assistant. 

During his time at Stetson, Tyler served as a Federal Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, the Honorable Julie Sneed, and the Honorable Catherine McEwen in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys, golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Gabrielle.
