Overview
Dustin Hammonds is an associate in the firm’s Land Use Group. Dustin’s practice primarily focuses on a wide range of land use matters, including residential subdivisions, multi-family and mixed-use developments, due diligence, zoning, variances, and design exceptions.
Dustin graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a frequent recipient of the Dean’s List award. He was an active member of the Moot Court Society, Real Property Society, Intellectual Property Law Society, and served as Vice-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He also received a concentration in Intellectual Property, Technology, and Cybersecurity Law.
Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson’s Land Use Group, Dustin obtained extensive experience as a litigation attorney, where he litigated cases throughout the State of Florida in fields such as insurance defense, construction defect, negligent security, and wrongful death.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys being outdoors as much as he can. He loves spending quality time with friends, family, and his dog, Remi. Beyond that, Dustin is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Florida Gators.
