Connolly McArthur Elected to Serve as Director-At-Large for the Clearwater Bar Association

Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that Connolly McArthur has been elected to serve a two-year term as Director-At-Large for the Clearwater Bar Association (CBA). 

Since 1930, the CBA has been serving the community and its over 900 members and assisting attorneys to grow their practice by helping them build a professional network and hone their skills by providing educational programs and opportunities to earn valuable experience in leadership roles. The 15-member Board of Directors is charged with establishing policy and monitoring the activities of the organization. The Board takes an active role in accomplishing association goals, always with an eye toward the CBA mission: To work for the greater good of attorneys and the community at-large to exceed the expectations of both the legal profession, as well as the community, as a model of service and action.

Ms. McArthur is senior counsel in the firm’s Litigation Group. She focuses primarily on the defense of long term care communities, including assisted living facility and nursing home claims, and premises liability defense. She has extensive experience in drafting and enforcing arbitration agreements for long term care communities. Ms. McArthur also represents medical professionals in claims made by their patients and the Department of Health and has experience in Creditors' Rights law.
