On May 16, 2013 the Clearwater Regional and the St. Petersburg Area Chambers of Commerce will be hosting its Annual Legislative Breakfast Featuring the Pinellas County Delegation along with Hill Ward Henderson Shareholder Ed Armstrong as moderator. The breakfast will discuss the process of the 2013 Legislative Session and how the state budget and newly established laws will impact business and the quality of life. Ed Armstrong will pose frank and tough questions to each of the legislators regarding issues surrounding transportation, education, growth management and more.
Ed Armstrong is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of Hill Ward Henderson’s Land Use Group for Pinellas County. With close to 30 years experience in the Tampa Bay Area, Mr. Armstrong’s legal practice has been concentrated in land use and zoning for a myriad of clients that span many years. He has actively represented clients in high profile interactions with local governments in the Tampa Bay Area and has provided counsel to developers and owners of real estate, as well as governmental bodies. He has a unique understanding of the way local governments plan and function based upon his many years of experience in representing local entities and agencies.
