On April 26th, Kirsten L. Vignec, a Shareholder with Hill Ward Henderson, presented a “Health Care Reform Update” during a Webinar in collaboration with Alltrust Insurance. In her presentation, Kirsten provided attendees with an overview of the Health Care Reform requirements and explored the myriad of decisions facing employers as a result of these requirements. In addition, she addressed the status of the Supreme Court case determining the constitutionality of the individual mandate, as well as reviewed the arguments that have been presented in the briefs to analyze the potential impact of the Supreme Court’s decision upon the law.
Kirsten serves in the Corporate & Tax and Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Groups. Her practice primarily involves employee benefit matters, including legal matters associated with the design and administration of executive deferred compensation plans, welfare benefit plans, Section 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans and pension plans.
