Hill Ward Henderson Welcomes Five Attorneys

Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of five attorneys to the firm, Rob McFadden, Ana Abdo, Ezichi Chukwu, Matthew Kelly, and Tyler Miller.

McFadden is a senior counsel in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use group. He is an experienced commercial real estate attorney whose practice includes representing clients in a range of commercial development work, with a focus on retail, office, industrial and ground leases. McFadden earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to law school McFadden attended Miami University where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

Abdo is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation group. Her practice includes general commercial matters. Abdo earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, and her undergraduate degree in Criminology & Law and Spanish from the University of Florida.

Chukwu is an associate in the firm's Real Estate group. Her practice includes commercial leasing, real estate acquisition and development, and real estate finance. Chukwu graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduation, Chukwu served as an AmeriCorps volunteer through the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County for one year and then was hired as a teacher, where she taught for two additional years.  She then continued her education and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. 

Kelly is an associate in the Land Use and Development Rights group. He assists developers and property owners in a wide range of matters, including negotiating development agreements, obtaining approvals, and conducting due diligence on real estate transactions. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as a Notes and Comments editor for Stetson Law Review. Kelly also served as an extern to the Honorable Judge Susan Bucklew of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to law school, Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of International Service at American University.

Miller is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Tax group. His practice focuses generally on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, as well as, general corporate advice. Miller graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in International Business. He then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for law school, where he was a member of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal and treasurer of the Entrepreneurial Law Association. He also worked in the Community Development Law clinic and was a legal extern for Bojangles Inc.
