Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that shareholder Matthew F. Hall has been selected to participate in Leadership Tampa’s Class of 2022.

Founded and managed by the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa is a leadership group comprised of fifty dynamic and diverse professionals who serve in leadership roles within their organization, and who have demonstrated concern for community issues and volunteered their time with service and professional organizations.

Members of Leadership Tampa participate in educational sessions, tours, and candid conversations with community leaders on a variety of topics over the intensive ten-month program. The program agendas bring in top-level business, civic, and government leaders for an interactive and behind the scenes look at Tampa.

Hall’s practice primarily focuses in complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, management-side employment matters and federal court practice. The diversity of Hall’s practice is reflected in the diversity of the clients he represents: from Fortune 100 companies and large insurance companies to small and up-and-coming businesses and individuals. With his experience as clerk with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Hall also assists the firm’s Appellate Practice Group with high-profile federal court appeals.

Prior to attending law school, Hall served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, deploying to Iraq in 2003 with the 4th Infantry Division. Hall continues to give back to the military veteran community and the community at large and plays instrumental roles in creating and leading the military and veterans affairs committees in Ybor City and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He also serves as the Commander for VFW Post 4321 in Hyde Park.
