Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that attorney Sara A. Qureshi has been selected to participate in the Tampa Connection Class of 2023.
Tampa Connection is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide local business professionals with the necessary tools to become active leaders and volunteers in the Tampa Bay Community. The year-long program exposes class members to leadership development, social, and community service opportunities while immersing them in the local community.
Qureshi's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and partnerships, federal and state taxation, as well as, general corporate advice. She has represented various companies and practices in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and tax reporting and compliance matters.
