Overview

Angelica Melecio Piñeiro focuses primarily on the litigation of claims relating to construct defect disputes, contract disputes, and lien foreclosure actions. Angelica represents various players in the construction industry, including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in litigation.

Angelica began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she represented clients accused of misdemeanor offenses. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Angelica's practice focused on civil litigation matters, including construction defects, automobile negligence, and commercial claims. 

In her spare time, Angelica enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and taking ballet classes.
