Daniel E. Johns

Daniel Johns is an attorney in the firm's Corporate and Tax group who represents companies, financial sponsors, family offices, and individuals in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. His practice is particularly focused on representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and advising companies and executives on day-to-day legal matters.

Daniel began his career at a large law firm in Tampa, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Daniel held the position of Senior Counsel at one of the largest and fastest-growing insurance brokers in the United States, where he was lead counsel on over 100 M&A transactions.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, reading, investing, and fishing.
