Overview

Richard Harrylal is a member of the firm’s Construction and Design group. His practice his broadly focused on a range of construction matters, including construction design and defect claims, project management, and real property development issues. Richard primarily represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Richard graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. While at Stetson, Richard was a member of the inaugural Stetsons Business Law Review class and helped develop its first publication; interned for the late-Judge Michael Williamson in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida; and joined Stetson’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic to rectify improperly denied veteran disability claims. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Richard’s practice included complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation.

Outside of the office, Richard enjoys scuba diving, fitness, golf, and reading.
