Overview
The attorneys in our Real Estate Group work closely with our Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group to provide comprehensive advice to clients in situations involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, disposition of distressed properties, loan defaults and restructuring, and other workouts of problem loans collateralized in whole or in part with real estate. Our attorneys also have significant experience with helping clients structure loans and other transactions in ways that will minimize the risks inherent to bankruptcy proceedings.
