Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that Chad E. Burgess has been elected to serve as a member of Clearwater For Youth’s (CFY) Board of Trustees, a nonprofit sports and recreation organization in Clearwater, Florida.
Since its inception in 1966, CFY’s mission has been to help ensure that no child is denied the opportunity to play sports because of inability to pay and to ensure children from all backgrounds learn and play together. Through various partnerships, CFY elevates youth sports in the community and beyond by offering support through scholarships and grants to constructive sports programs. Over 50 years ago, local civic leaders had this vision of “building character through sports” and today CFY continues to help ensure all children have access to youth sports in the community.
Burgess is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice includes the defense of medical malpractice, hospital liability, products liability, and premises liability claims, along with a diverse array of personal injury cases.
