Lauren S. Ayers

Lauren Ayers is a construction litigator who represents property owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and other construction professionals in residential and commercial disputes. Her practice includes matters involving construction defects, liens, payment and contract disputes, and other issues arising during and after construction projects. Lauren works closely with clients to understand their goals and pursue practical solutions through negotiation and litigation.

Her background also includes real property litigation involving land use and zoning, property development, and other matters affecting real property, as well as general commercial litigation.

Lauren graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic. During law school, she also interned for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Outside the office, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering for the Florida Gators.
