Hill Ward Henderson Welcomes Five Attorneys

Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of five attorneys to the firm, Lauren Ayers, Carmen Cato, Ronald Espinal, Alexandra Prati and Jerron Wheeler.

Ayers is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Litigation group. Her practice includes real estate, land use, and zoning issues, general commercial matters, and trust and estate disputes. Ayers graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ayers earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.

Cato is an associate in the firm’s Products Liability group. Her practice includes defense of product liability and tort claims, as well as premises liability and consumer products. Cato attended Stetson University College of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree from Troy University. Prior to law school, Cato worked in communications, primarily as a broadcast journalist.

Espinal is an associate in the firm’s Construction & Design and Litigation groups. His practice primarily involves representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, building code inspectors, and sureties in litigation matters. Espinal graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida.

Prati is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax group. Prati’s practice primarily involves federal and state tax planning for business transactions. She also engages in general business and corporate matters, including entity formations, entity conversions, investment and acquisition transactions, employment agreements, and equity incentive and other compensation plans. Prati earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.  Prati earned her undergraduate degree from Rice University.

Wheeler is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group, focusing on general and complex commercial litigation matters. Wheeler graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Wheeler earned dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Sports Management from the University of South Florida.
