Quinn’s practice includes venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities reporting and compliance matters, as well as general corporate advice, with an emphasis on representing emerging companies through all stages of their life cycle, as well as advising venture capital firms and other institutional investors.

While in law school, Quinn was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 20 of the Florida State University Business Review. After graduating from law school, Quinn obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Outside of the office, Quinn enjoys watching Tampa Bay sports and supporting FSU athletics.
