Overview

Bill Judge's practice primarily involves products liability, commercial disagreements, automotive and general liability, construction disputes, cybersecurity, and intellectual property. He has represented a variety of Fortune 500 clients in litigation involving medical devices, air bags, seatbelts, automotive brake systems, consumer products/appliances, pharmaceuticals, restraint of trade/non-compete agreements, contract disputes, premises liability, complex multi-unit construction projects, and intellectual property. In addition to statewide representation of clients, Bill also handled several litigation matters in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Active in the community, Bill has served as a marketing board member for Tampa's Lifepath Hospice, has performed volunteer work for Pinellas Association for Retarded Children and has served as a member of the construction committee for Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County. Outside of the office, he enjoys exercising, bicycling, reading, spending time with his twin daughters, and coaching their volleyball team.
