We have expertise in creating plans for health and welfare benefits, designing and implementing cafeteria plans, medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, active employee health plans, retiree health plans, dental plans and disability plans.
Our attorneys have provided advice on the implementation of VEBA Trusts for retiree health plans and have had these trusts qualified under the Internal Revenue Code. We also frequently advise our clients on their obligations under ADEA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA.
