The firm's Automotive Regulatory Compliance Group assists dealers and dealership groups with various compliance issues relating to sales, finance and insurance.
Our attorneys, who include former state prosecutors, provide proactive reviews of a dealership's Advertising, Finance & Insurance, Sales and other departments for compliance with unfair and deceptive trade practice laws and other federal and state requirements. We also conduct comprehensive compliance training. Our attorneys have visited over 250 dealerships around the country to provide counsel in these areas.
We also assist dealerships with local, state and federal investigations and defend them in consumer and class action litigation matters.
